We collect as little as we need to sell you a chair and send you the occasional letter. This policy explains what that means in practice.
What we collect
Your name, delivery address, email address and order history. If you subscribe to the journal, we hold your email address and nothing else.
Why we collect it
To fulfil orders, arrange delivery, answer questions and — only if you have asked us to — send occasional notes about new pieces.
Who we share it with
Our delivery partners and payment processor, and only the details they need to do their part. We do not sell data to anyone, for any reason.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep the site working. Analytics cookies are optional and are not set unless you accept them.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@intershop.com and we will respond within thirty days.
Retention
Order records are held for seven years to meet accounting obligations. Everything else is deleted when it is no longer needed.
