Terms & conditions
These terms govern the sale of pieces through Intershop. By placing an order you agree to them. They are written to be read, not to be endured.
Orders
An order is confirmed once payment has cleared and we have sent written confirmation. Where a piece is one of one, availability is not guaranteed until that confirmation is issued.
Pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any duties payable on import. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is confirmed.
Made-to-order pieces
Made-to-order pieces enter production once your order is confirmed and cannot be cancelled after that point. Lead times are estimates and may shift with material availability.
Natural variation
Timber, stone, ceramic and undyed textile vary from piece to piece. Differences in grain, veining, glaze and tone are inherent to the materials and are not defects.
Returns
In-stock pieces may be returned within fourteen days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging. Made-to-order and one-of-one pieces are not returnable except where faulty.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the order. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
